June 10, 2021

This week on State of the Arts, artist and environmental activist Maya Lin’s Ghost Forest, located in NYC’s Madison Square Park, is made with Atlantic White Cedars from the New Jersey Pine Barrens. Meet the artist, and the forester who worked with her, Bob Williams. In Camden, six public artworks located on former illegal dumping grounds transform the city. And Jersey City artist Nancy Cohen works with homemade paper pulp and pigment to make works that reflect on climate change and pollution.
