Living Arrangements Back Gallery

The universal image of the flower
March 16, 2023

“Living Arrangements” is a group exhibition of 20 artists united by the universal image of the flower.

Throughout art history, the flower has symbolized the inevitability of change, life and death, decay, and beauty. Flowers have represented innocence or vanity, home life and hospitality, and the consoling presence of nature in grief. The artists in this exhibition use the floral motif in wildly different ways.

The back gallery features work by Lizzie Gill, Julia Blume, Anna Lise Jensen, Mary Jo Vath, Calder Kamin, Anne Mutges, Loren Eiferman, Jared Deery, T. Kelly Wilson, Tucker Nichols, and Denise Regan.
