Structure

Whether concealed beneath layers of paint or made visible through stitching, carving, or line, structure is a defining presence throughout our program. It can emerge through proportion, repetition, pacing, the construction of a composition, or the balance between movement and restraint. Even in highly expressive works, there remains an underlying sense of equilibrium and intentionality. Though the materials and subjects vary widely, this shared sense of order is always there, holding everything together.
